Commercial is where the goods at. Commercial zones are very demanding, they need to be clean, attractive. Skyscrapers sprout from this area, hence the very demands. Skyscrapers provide the most jobs.
Stores also do not need services, and also do not produce pollution. Stores are also inherently linked towards each other, some stores need certain stores to produce the ingredients they will use for their own products.
There are three types of Commercial zones: low, medium, and high density zones.
