Why can’t I earn stars? I need them to build on the islands but I get three stars almost all the time but I don’t get the stars. Very frustrating

I figured it out! So you have to go back through the levels, there is a chart on the right side, and make sure all the levels have 3 stars to continue.

The is not a chart on the jungle level there is on all the levels before it and after it I still need 6 stars to complete the island but I'm on level 241 on that island and still no stars???

I am trying to find out why the chart is there sometimes and then sometimes it isn’t. And I need to go back on levels to get more stars, but the chart won’t load/appear.For more questions for Sand Balls check out the answers page where you can search or ask your own question.
