My friend and I have been playing Sand Balls for a couple of weeks. When she got to level 497, she unlocked some kind of village that you can build using gems. I’m on level 510, and I haven’t got the village yet. What do you need to do to trigger it?

If you mean Sand City, this seems to be a new update. The place itself unlocks for players when they hit level 20. As you are way beyond that then it should unlock immediately or perhaps after playing a level. If you don't have it unlocked then possibly your game has not yet updated to the new version.

If you cant get it to update / unlock at all then may be best to report this to the developer as they may be able to advise what to do. Their email address is [email protected]
