It appears that it is still a bit buggy and the support staff are rude even if they decide to respond at all

I really enjoy this game. My only complaint is that there are times I cannot log into the game. It keeps telling me to relog in but nothing happens.

Like it so far but find it confusing. Hard to know what the best options are, is it better if all champions are in the same faction or use the same armour.

A++ very addictive. Slow at time but I really love it. Top quality.

At first it's very interesting with the graphics and artwork, but the more you play, you notice the repetitiveness and also, it's not so much strategy but RNG. The people that get lucky and pull the good champs (heroes, characters) have a huge advantage over others that don't. Additionally, like a lot of people say, it's very P2W. You can increase your chances of pulling better champs by purchasing more shards (how you pull new champs randomly). There are three different shards; mystery, ancient and sacred. Mystery shards are very common and you can only get up to a rare champ, which has a very small percentage. Then, there is ancient, which can pull rare, epic and legendary. Chances to pull a rare is 91.5%, epic 8% and legendary 0.5%. Voids have the same chances as ancients but for void affinity only. Sacreds have a 94% chance of pulling an epic and only 6% for legendary. As you can see, chances are very low for legendary...unless you pull hundreds. You're not going to get hundreds as a F2P player. Only people who can pull that many are people that spend a sizeable amount of money. Now, if you really want to build some teams for the different game modes they have, you would need more than one legendary and some good epics. Which means, you would have to pull several hundreds. I've been playing this game for almost a month and a half and I only have 1 legendary.

Also, I want to mention that the game crashes very often and have received no help from tech support or any reimbursements. It's very frustrating and I will most likely not invest more time or any money in this game.

I wouldn't recommend downloading this game.

I don't like it that it cost $$$ to take off the artifacts off the champs cost $$$ to do a mastery reset there is more but i do give a little $$$ to games that don't have greedy people like this game in it so i will NOT give any money to this game as it can be a pain you need lots of money just to take off and rest stuff then the energy you need to wait to play the game so you need to wait a long time just to play the game so LAME i just for to use up time i did find a game that is like this one but it is fun and not so greedy

It needs more thinking cause right now its very P2W game if you want to do it seriously
