How can you find the coordinates of an attacker?

There is no way to put In a name to search for them. If your on line at the time of attack and the person is stationed in an alliance just look at the coordinates towards the top of the screen. Tap the star next to it and add it to the saved. There is no way that I have found to track them other than them having an artifact which is displayed. They maybe ways to track them if you spend alot of money to make them richer but I won't.
