Spend no more than 500 sun.
Actually a super easy level. Don't plant any sunflowers and just use two double leaf pea shooters, one on each train track (put the first on on the left track). Power up leaves come throughout the level, so if you get in trouble just use one of them, you'll have 100 sun left to play with too just in case - for a couple of wall nuts.
