Does having a high tech shelter or a shack shelter make any difference to the game?

I myself have not bought the high tech shelter but I theorized that there is probably no difference between the two shelters the high tech shelter probably is just used for cosmetic purposes, but if there were to be an difference between the two it's likely they added a few more things for your convenience maybe like an repair workbench or farm.

Note: I have not seen any pictures of the high tech shelter so I may be correct or what not so just for your safety I do not recommend buying it just use the dog tags for better equipment.
