How to upgrade competitive and weekly draguon weapons? I tried with essence but I can’t upgrade so tell how to upgrade please

Sorry to say, but NO !! you can't upgrade them as they are already upgraded as i saw to the 15th star. Like , when you open a chest you get a weapon with 11/15 stars, next time if you get the same equipment you will get weapon with stars greater than 11. Be sure you have that old weapon with 11 stars in your inventory otherwise you may get low star weapon.
