For the "it's time" secret achievement, do you need to get it at 4:20 am/pm for every timezone?

For the "it's time" secret achievement, do you need to get it at 4:20 am/pm for every timezone? If not please tell me which timezone.

Just collect the coins at 4:20 and it will work, you don't need the other timezones, just yours, I finished mine earlier at 4:20, I waited by the mushroom and when it strikes at 4:20, I just collect the coins, 410 coins and 10 coins for the diamond, and the achievement pops out saying I had completed its time, just your own timezone, I finished mine by my own timezone, just don't be late.
