Where is the panel for the arsenal door? It doesn't even mention a missing panel in any of the walk throughs

It’s inside of the trident chest that you get from the glass case down the stairs. To access it, you have to solve the stone carving puzzle (answers for which is given when you put in the passcode for the arsenal on the computer) and gain the gold pieces.
