Why don't I get different drink options in the cafe?

Why don't I get different drink options in the cafe? All the other people have all these fancy drinks and I have tea.... I look and look and look, and I'm never given the ability to even see a fancy drink, let alone buy one with tips. Whats going on?

You can buy only 3 from the tips shop (earl gray, red wine, and orange soda) using the tips you receive from drinks served. The rest of the drinks have mostly been earned from players who played Detective Leagues in the past. Sadly, it is not possible to get the drink prizes from past leagues, but if you join a team that can reach Sleuth Division (promote twice during a given league) then you can earn future drinks. There is one new drink every league. Recently one drink (Spanish Gin and Tonic) is available to those who have been exclusively invited to join the Orchid Society.
