How do I get fancy looking coffee drink from the cafe?

How do I get fancy looking coffee drink from the cafe? Some of my teammates have it, but I do not see the option to buy it for tips coins. I thought that I will get fancy coffee once I upgraded the energy level, but I am already at 14 energies, and still black coffee drik, not a fancy one

In the tip store, scroll to the left side to see all the options you can buy with tips. Note that the fancy drinks are cosmetic only and do not have any extra game benefit. In the tips store, you can buy Earl Grey, Red Wine, Orange Soda. To help your team, it is best to upgrade energy to 15 before purchasing drinks. Other fancy drinks can only be won from playing in the Detective League and reaching Sleuth Division or higher.

This still doesn't answer how to get the fancy looking coffee in the cafe that is pictured with the drink increase energy

The one pictured behind the coffee in the "Energy Increase" sign is the Latte Macchiato, which was only available as a prize during the Feb-Mar 2021 Detective League for teams that reached at least the Sleuth Division. Since then, teams have also received Hot Chocolate, Mojito, Strawberry Shake, and Apple Cider.
