Unit Promotion

The game offers various methods of increasing your character’s BR (battle rank) or simply, how to improve your character’s overall power. One of those methods is through Promotion. In our Unit Promotion Guide, we will quickly discuss how the game’s Promotion feature works.

Immortal Awakening is an AFK action-RPG from Neocraft Limited where you can just sit back, relax, and watch the game do all the work for you. You can pick your starting character, accept quests, and progress through various tasks at the tap of a button. The game also has auto-pathfinding and auto-battle so you just need to manage your character’s equipment, level, and more.

The Promotion menu can be accessed on the Character screen by tapping your avatar in the top-left corner. Select the Character in the top-left corner then tap the Promote button on the left pane.

Promoting a character is quite simple and will only have three requirements:

* Reach the max level for the current rank

* Collect the required amount of specific promotion items

* Have enough coins.

After promoting the character, he/she will have their stats increased permanently while also improving their rank title (this is different from the titles you can equip. The promotion items required will differ from each rank. Using the screenshot below, you’ll see that the transition between Noble Hunter to Royal Hunter requires Crimson Hoods while the transition from Royal Hunter to Imperial Hunter requires 150 Heart of Pity.

To know where you can farm these Promotion Items, simply tap on the slot for the promotion item in the same screen then tap Source at the bottom of the pop-up menu. The recommended sources are Trade (buy from other players), Demonic Fortress, and Demonic Territory.

Whenever you promote your character, you’ll also earn LV1 Arcane Texts. These can be equipped to your character for additional stat boosts. Simply tap the Arcane button in the top-right corner of the character preview to see the Arcane sub-screen. There are several arcane slots here but you can equip texts on their respective slots.
