Okay so this didn’t happen to me this happened to my mom we both played this game and my mom already finished the whole hotel and today she came to me teary eyed saying that when she logged into the game everything went away and she was back to where she started and I asked “Did you delete the game?” She said “No I didn’t I just thought I’d finish the beach because I had some free time when I pressed play everything was back to start again.” So I told if she logged into Facebook and Apple or something like that and said no I feel really bad for her and if you could a least have some cure to my mom’s progress back she would be really happy again. Hope you see this.
If the game wasn't backed up to facebook then not sure how to get it back. You would need to contact the game developers as see if they can help restore the progress.
