I no longer get the option to watch a video for extra time or parrot feed has something gone wrong?

I struggle with this problem too!! Did comment on review of game about it on App Store and they replied saying they are sorry and will try to fix it!! But for a temporary solution until they do I found that deleting the game and then reinstalling it and then signing in so you don’t lose your progress helps!! You can’t do it after using your daily limit but, but sometimes for 3 or more days I don’t get offered that daily help, and so far that is only way I can fix it!! Very annoying to have to do! Hope they sort out the problem soon!!
