For the last 3 days I haven't been able to get the game to come up. I haven't changed anything so I can't figure out why. I tried to look it up on game play and it's not even listed anymore. I have a lot of money in this game and thousands of coins and 600 minutes of extra time that I paid for. I won't be very happy to lose it all. As a matter of fact I'll expect a refund if the game has been removed for some reason, which is what I think has happened or it would have shown up when I looked for it. The Miami one was there and they were always right next to each other.
I have just tested my game on android and it has loaded OK and it is still active on the google play store. If you are having trouble with the app itself then you would need to report this problem to the game developers for them to look at. They would be able to test this fully for you.
