In grandfather's house there are pointers that pop up, they have a circle inside them, some are green, some are orange, I would like to know what they mean. I thought orange meant the decor choice was wrong but I change it and still have orange so I'm stumped. Thanks for any help given.

Green is when you have enough paint brushes to change decor on that item - orange is when you dont have enough
