You will need to report problems with the game to the developers as they are the ones who can fix it. Check the game support page in the guide for the contact details.
Make sure you give them as many details as you can to help them find out the issue.

Don’t bother reporting the problems, they send a standard response that they will look into it. Months later, with no follow up, I still can’t use the game. 0 0 REPORT

Oh thank god I read this I’ve been sending messages to them for months I have completed 2,500 levels then all of a sudden I couldn’t process with the game I can play the game collect keys etc but when it comes to going into the scented to add stuff to different areas of the beach I can’t get into it to do if I have send nang messages with those same reply’s We are updating Blar Blar Blar I TVs for wax 6 months ago I still can’t get into thx beach scene a load of rubbish If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
