I received an iPad for Christmas. I downloaded the app but my energy didn't populate. My progress is supposed to save through FB. Also, now my original device doesn't have me in a team anymore. Can anyone help me?

I think that the game backup to facebook doesn't include your energy level, only the progress in the scenes etc. But if you think it should or if you are still having trouble with the teams then please check with the game support.
