Since last update game will not open. This has gone on for 3 days.?

Have you reported this to the developers? They would be the ones to advise you on any issue that may be happening with the game or to resolve any problems perhaps with compatibility on your device.

I encountered the same problem and email the game developer. I am not HOPEFUL they will do anything or even update me. Previously I lost all purchased energy and levels and they said they will check and get back to me but until I tried reinstalled the game and got to restart from day 1 till I completed day 23, I didn't get a single update from them for my previous lost game! Lousy support! This is the 2nd time all quests are suddenly locked even most of them I have completed. Keep sending to the "home scene"!

Mine too not been able to get in the game for 2 weeks now. They said issues will be resolved with new update (this happened 3 days ago) and guess what still can’t play. Am done with this game. Wasted a lot of time and some money on the game I guess I served my purpose as they got my money.
