I've suddenly hit the 'higher base required to upgrade hero' message at hero level 82 for a heroic..

I've suddenly hit the 'higher base required to upgrade hero' message at hero level 82 for a heroic hero that I had previously upgraded to level 150. My base power is 37.5K Is this a bug that anyone else has encountered?

Yes I encountered it before. Problem can solved after waiting for a few days
