How to get Help in the game

If you find you have any questions about playing Harry Potter Puzzles and Spells you can ask the community here to help by heading to the Answers Page. And of course you can help others by answering their questions.

If you have trouble with the game itself though and need help with your account or find a bug that is stopping you from playing or progressing then please check below for the best way to contact the game support.

In the game itself there is a Contact system to get in touch with game support. To use the contact option, tap on the small white cog icon in the lower left of the 'PLAY' screen to open the settings menu and then select the Support tab at the top. From here Tap the support button to open the Help screen and then tap the small chat icon in the top right. You can then send messages to the support team for them to get back to you. .
