No she will open the door and hit you

The answer can be both. Why you ask? Well here is my theory

Yes. You can hide their from granny as long as she didn't see you or close the bathroom door before you enter bathroom cubicle

No. Sometimes she open the door faster and see you hide in the shower that's why she can hit you
