What is the stun gun for?

Sometimes you need to stun granny or grandpa to get an item from them. It knocks them out for a short time.

Or you could use it to kill the creature it the room where u create a bridge with a wrench in the circle building. Once you have stun gund it to hell and have made the bridge u can now walk across and get your prise
