If harvest goods have been purchased when storage is full and the game places them in an inaccessible area - in my case behind an un-purchasable oak tree surrounded by water. I can see the sparkles, but everywhere I tap, I’m told either that I can’t get there, or to check another tree. I just want the harvested goods I purchased?

3 key chest are definitely not worth it unless you're out of chest to open. Main thing is that you only get 2 saws. Getting 3 separate one key chest on the other hand can give you more chances to have double the other items and most importantly you get a saw for every chest you open.
