Can you get candles from the foundry?

Can you get candles from the foundry? I need candles for a bunch of upgrades and I know I can periodically get them from the shaman (who stopped giving me them) and occasional chests (expensive) but when I click the magnifying glass on the candles, the game points at the foundry so I was wondering if I can get them there/why the game would point me there.

Starting from level 56 you can craft candles in the foundry - use beeswax, resin and strings.

I'm level 18. Level 56 is not going to happen anytime soon. This is a game fault. Requiring a resource with no reliable source of collection. Knock another Star off of my next game review
