How do you capture enemy watchtowers?

You are not capturing them in the sense that your alliance becomes the owner of it. You can destroy a watchtower by attacking it or creating a rally to attack it. Once it is burned down to an HP of 0 it will be destroyed. Note: you must have territory that borders the alliance territory you want to attack. If you do not border the alliance's territory, you cannot attack it.
