Heir of the Dog

Release: Out now (iOS)

Heir of the Dog is a comedy point-and-click adventure from UK studio Tall Story Games, the team behind Lucy Dreaming. It launched on PC on 29th October and is now on iOS for $14.99. There's no Android version yet.

You play Cummerbund Bandersnatch, a Victorian gentleman who drinks a formula from his uncle's lab and turns into a monster. Getting your humanity back means investigating what's happening to London's disappearing dogs.

Switching between day and night changes the places you visit, the people you meet and the puzzles you can solve, and later on you get to explore the city through a dog's eyes and nose. Blackadder and Monty Python are the comedy influences, and it's fully voiced in English.
