Can we demote a useless leader?

An alliance leader will only be demoted if they are offline for 3 consecutive days. Otherwise, it is best to take the good members and form your own alliance. Tip: If the alliance leader is not interested in playing you can always create a new alliance and then destroy the main fort of the old alliance to take the territory. Just beware the fort will have to burn for upwards of 10 hours continuously.
