Cannot solve #1163, Any hints? It has 2 squares of 9 dots with 4 ovens below disconnected?

Are there any dots at all in between the two sets of ovens? If so, then you use the 9 dot sections to make squares of the colors next to the ovens (if I'm remembering this one correctly, there are only 3 colors.) Or if you're lucky and get all the same color in one section, that makes a rocket. I hope I'm thinking of the right setup and this helps!
