How can I complete the Aquinas Manuscript Quest and unlock the Bleeding Heart Quest?

Snowdrop flower : Head into the town of Winterbrought. The flower will be back in a corner before you get into the mountains.

World tree blossom : It is at the top of the World Tree.

Firegrass : It is in Magma Ocean. If you go past 10, you've gone too far.

Lily bell : Head to Sierra Island and go south. Wehn you get close to the cliff, go left and find the flower.

These four will unlock the Bleeding Heart Quest.
