You start by checking the mini-game area (though it won't trigger the mini-game) to get an item. Move up the ladder and trigger an event by peeping through the keyhole in the main area of interest. You can now proceed in inspecting a key item area (the lower one) and just complete a very simple puzzle to unlock an item. Go to the mini-game area and complete it. Completing the mini-game will earn you a pair of lock picks that you should use to open the door to the main area of interest. After several cut-scenes, you complete this area and Ella's predicament gets more dangerous and mysterious!
