How do we get rid of other people on our alliance territory?
There's two players who (supposedly) stopped playing and we want to have them move so our alliance members can take their place
We keep attacking them but nothing seems to be working
Any idea?

Scout to see if thier wall defense has been lowered since the last time you checked. It must be down to zero in order for their stronghold to be force ported. For example, if the wall is 1500/1500 it's at full defense, 1500\0 means the wall is completely gone and their city relocates automatically. I hope this answers your question.
