I am playing this on two different regions on two different iPads unfortunately I have lost the use of one of the iPads so I can’t play on that region is there a way I can play on both regions using just the one iPad so be able to switch from one to the other?

Yes, you cna save the games by linking them to Facebook, Apple and game centre and hence switch games between the 3 at anytime
