I can’t move forward on a new game. It says tap complete to receive rewards but it is frozen. How do I get out of this new game and back to the original games?

What do you mean by “game” and “rewards”? A swipe word puzzle with coin/star/brilliance rewards? Try restarting your phone (that’s what the support ppl always tell me, and yes that’s the first thing I do besides refreshing =swiping off the app and opening it again).

Or do you mean the new animal “game “ with eggs and rubies/hearts? If that says tap to complete, they just take your coins away instead of you waiting for the activity (eg drinking or playing) to complete the time, then you get your reward.

It won’t let you tap or collect the rewards it freezes! I’ve shut down phone, restarted and rebooted and am faced with the same issue.. unable to move forward in the game etc

I deleted and re installed the game. Annoying!

I also have this issue, the 'Complete' button is off the bottom of the page so you can't click on it and scroll doesn't do anything.
