For the Wordscapes binocular events where you collect the profile pictures, what does it take to get all of them? I have tried for hours getting the frisbee dog in the Furry Friends pack, and I can’t get the third piece. I’m wondering if you have to be a certain level or have enough brilliance? I currently have 50K brilliance and I’m on level 1230.

Per Wordscapes Support the prize box provides a random portrait piece each time. Once you have unlocked most of the portraits, the remaining portraits become more difficult to complete.

I am at 86% completion for my portrait category. After two days and many completed frames, I only got 1 new portrait. Not only is this extremely frustrating, It makes me lose interest in continuing to play. Game creators need to be aware this is a real issue!

It seems impossible to complete any portrait set. I’ve been playing steadily since they introduced portraits and have 10 sets ranging from 50% to 97% complete. I’ve had each set come up for play several times (except for the Halloween one only once), and I cannot complete any. I’m thinking it’s been at least a year. Totally frustrating.
