How do I maintain my level status and prizes/coin count if I switch phones?

Three options:

1. Through a Facebook account or apple account

2. If you didn’t connect your Wordscapes to a FB or apple account and your old phone still works, then upload Wordscapes app and when asked if you want to sync/upload/transfer with your old account, click yes. This only works if you old device is still working, turned on nearby but they must be the same type (worked for me iPhone to iPad, haven’t tried android to android), but definitely won’t work apple to android.

3. If transfer doesn’t work, open a new account on your new device anyway, starting at level 1. Click on Settings->Support->account settings -> how can I restore… type your question, click their answer as non sufficient, click “yes” to contact support/send your message to the support people. They’re really helpful and can manually adjust your brilliance and some other things. Unfortunately not crowns, butterflies & profiles/avatars.
