I just won free bees from the choice of the 3 gift packages of the day & they did not load. Instead, I have a capsule shaped window under the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner with a #4 & a circle next to it with a picture of a black & white bee. It will not activate if I tap it. Can you help?

Bees usually load automatically on the next game you play. You do not select them manually.
