What do you do when the game board will not allow a word to solve the game? In other words: _ _ u _
Every possible combination has been tried to no avail. There are solutions but the game says No.

I've not encountered a level where there is no solution. If you are certain you have tried everything then please contact the game developers and let them know which level is the problem. Maybe send them a screenshot to show what is missing.
