That sort of rapid scoring may indicate that the player is using a “bot” program to cheat. I am a very skilled player and about the fastest I can go is about 1000 points per hour. That estimate assumes about 20 points per puzzle, about 1 minute per puzzle and no interruptions. That doesn’t happen very often. In order to increase their score by 5000 points per hour, a player would have to finish a puzzle about every 10 seconds. Not very plausible without cheating, and what’s the fun in that?
