When does your team get entered in the tournament? Is it when only one person begins?

Yes, it’s when the first team member completes a word.
It’s often better to start playing the tournament later in the weekend, as by that time, most of the best teams have started already. Therefore there is a better chance that your team will get grouped with lower scoring teams, giving your team a better chance to finish in a higher position.
