I have been playing Mystery Adventure for months, but cannot get the last three observations to complete all the items. What is the trick?

For Mystery Adventure, I simply can not 'spot' or unlock PEGASUS/flying horse from Forgotten Palace after multiple weeks of playing and remains stuck on 2/3. Egyptian God (Tomb of the Pharaohs) and Temple (Lost Temple) also took a long time (several weeks) to full unlock. I notice that once Temple and Egyptian God unlock, I then 'spot' them several times a weekly session.

For Safari, RHINO (Jungle) is the 'white whale' that I can't fully spot (stuck on 2/3). Anaconda (Tropical) was also tough, and again once found, easily 'spotted' each week.

So are Pegasus and Rhino the 'impossible to spot' for everyone else?

For me it was llama. I have over 50 of some animals, even 6/3 for anaconda and 10/3 for rhino. It seems to be random, but sooooo frustrating.

I had 48 hours to play mystery adventure. I played incessantly. I got everything for the 1st 3 levels multiple times. I had 20+ of many icons and 29 of at least one. I got NOTHING from Level 4, not 1 single icon, much less 3 of all 3. Support's responses ranged from "It's random, you'll get them" to "Thanks for playing." The 48 hours ran out and I still had nothing from Level 4 and of course couldn't open the prize box. I'm furious, frankly. There's no way to opt out of playing, so the frustration just built and festered.

And what's up with the scoring? I play enough to get almost 100 tries, get extra tries depending on how many are from sets I already have, get 2/10 or 6/10. How does the scoring work.
