Bonus word already found. How do I move to next level?

Bonus words are the ones that are not in the puzzle but you score a coin for. When you find a bonus word it adds a number to the star in the lower left. Entering the word again will get the message, 'bonus word already found'. If you are not moving on to the next level then there should be a word still to find in the puzzle. Possibly one of the special words that sits separately to the side of the puzzle board.

If you are certain that the puzzle is complete then it must be a bug. You can try reporting this to the game developers via the Setting page or check the guide support page for more contact options.
