I understand how helping each other normally works, but it’s different on my phone: normally you click the ‘request help’ button in chat, and the request appears to you teammates as a chat bubble. Once 5 of them click on it ( earning a coin for themselves) you get a hint.

My game is different. (BTW, my app is fully updated). I never see requests from my teammates, and when I click on “request help” I get a hint immediately, and a 4 hour cooldown timer starts.

Does anyone else have this issue? I wonder if it’s an IOS/Android issue. Maybe the developers can’t get help to work the same on iphones because the process requires the greater access to system software that Android allows.
