How do I Transfer levels and coins to new IPAD?

I was signed in to FB and lost all of my coins.

Yup...me too. Time to look for another game.

I have the Facebook sign in. Both phones are linked through Facebook. No dice.

All points are on my old phone.

Not too upset since coins are meaningless if you don't spend money and hints disappear at random. Only ever played for personal fun. Hope they fix it but think life is telling me to check out the other 557 games which are exactly the same. This one plays the same base word ad nauseum

Same issue. New ipad. When I opened Wordscapes in the new ipad (using Facebook), my Brilliance and Level transferred, but I lost over 16,000 coins.

I lost 36,000 coins! Boo hoo.

Lost 45,617 coins...don't really care, they're basically useless anyway

I contacted their support through settings and the person manually restored my coins, bullseye's and rockets. She advised she could not restore my crown points or portraits.

I had about 11k coins I think... signed in through FB and nothing. Welp, done with this game.

I. Lost. 100,000 coins that I worked so diligently to get. I am so upset. My levels and crowns ported, but my coins are lost.

Coins are not worthless as they can be used to buy hints. I'm using my Coins like crazy before transferring to new phone

Take a screenshot of your progress beforehand. You can forward that to tech supposed without the game and get the coins, brilliance, hints, bullseyes, rockets, retired. No crown restored though. If you are on FB join one or all of the Wordscapes groups. Sometimes you get info.

That's great! I hope they can manually transfer all my coins, rockets and bullseyes. The progress and levels transferred but no mou-lah.

Hate Facebook. Hate games. Wordscapes is only game i played. Got to lavel 30000+.
Now I have new phone. Lost it all . The hell with it if I have to join Facebook.
