Instead of having the white wolf icon to represent me, Rick in Team USA with the team logo of a Horse Head with red background I would like to use my Facebook profile picture. HOW??!!

I think that there is more control over what someone will post / display. If you are the team leader, you can make many / many / many fun Shields to represent your team. Example, look at the team ... chick INN.
