What is the process behind giving “helps” to teammates on Wordscapes?

Team members can 'Request help' in the chat section of the team page. When they do, the request will show in the chat for all other members with a progress bar.

When a team member taps to 'help' them the helper will get 1 free coin. The progress for the help will go up, when 5 people have 'helped' the progress bar will be full and the member who asked for help will get 1 free 'Hint' booster. They can then use the hint when playing.

No, what icon do use to give person help, when I hit the light bulb it disappears and it's not a full bat yet what do you do

It disappears for you from your chat screen as you can only help them once. Other members will be able to still see it and add their help to it.
