During the team tournaments we are encouraged to request helps. Once you collect 5 from your teammates you receive a free hint. My question, we ended our tournament and 16 hours later some of team members had over 20 helps. How is this possible if you are only allowed one every 4 hours?

The number shown is how many helps were given to other players, not how many a player received.

As team leader I’ve noticed that some of the players who participated in the tournaments do not have their crowns. Why?

You can participate in a team tournament but not earn enough points in the individual tournament to earn points towards a crown.
