Why was I kicked from my team?
Often, if one is kicked out of a team, it means that the team leader did not find “you” active enough, or at least not active enough during the team tournaments /tourneys. Each team will have its own sense of how active one must be to remain in the team. But one needs to help in team tourneys, and also to give and to request help from fellow members (go to chat),
We do not enter the tournament until 7 hours after the start on Friday, so our team has off on Fri nights so that players can decompress from a long week.

People who don't use "chat" get kicked off teams all the time. If you don't read and participate in chat, you probably don't know about scheduled tournament start times - for example, your team might have scheduled a match with another team to start at specifically 6:15 - so they get in the same grouping. If you don't reach chat and you mess up the scheduled match by starting to play at 6:01 instead of 6:15, you will definitely get kicked off your team.
I was also kicked from a team even though I was very active, gave and received help and also placed in top 3 in every tournament, which of course helped the team. I just don't understand. It makes me not want to play at all.
