You cannot empty it for free. The piggy bank is a mechanic added to a lot of games recently that gives the player an option to buy coins usually at a slightly cheaper rate than the normal purchase amount. It is there to try to tempt you to spend a little money and support the game development.

If you need the coins and like the game then you can support the developers by buying them. If you don't want the coins then you ignore it.

I love the game but why should I spend money to get the coins I earned. I will drop the game because I refuse to spend money that way. That’s cheating me out of what I earned.

I will drop the game. The piggy bank upsets me beiond believe!!!! That's cheating me out of what I earned and prevents me to accumulate new points. It's a shame. I used to love this game on my old phone

I feel cheated! I purchased coins, and it did not break open the piggy bank and let me start accumulating coins again. I will keep playing because it keeps my mind active, but Developer, there should be some reward for filling the piggy bank.

In continuation to comment above this one, even if it is the ability to buy more letters, or to choose 'which letter/space you like, but I just started playing this game i like the challenge of figuring the words although I may get online and see what they are! :P

If you run out of hints (light bulb) the coins in the bank can be used to purchase a hint (100 coins) or you can click on your team emblem and click Request Help at the bottom of the screen and your request will be sent to your teammates to agree to help you. It takes 5 teammates to help and each one gets a coin from you for helping. There are about 10 members of the team I'm on that do this on a regular basis since it is less expensive, but it takes awhile sometimes to get your hint so we try to request on a regular basis.

I play this game all the time, but I almost never spend any coins. My goal is to amass 100,000 coins. I will ignor the piggy bank and hope it disappears.

I have plenty of coins. What a nuisance to have this continuously pop up while I’m playing. Love the game but will look for a different game. This is very annoying!

I just do the offers to get coins, then the coins don't go to the piggy bank. But its still very annoying I'm gonna give them a 4 star rating.

I've not found a way to get rid of the bank. However, during tournaments, I use the back button on my android just as my bonus coins are being uploaded to my coin total. This allows me to gain the bonus coins, but skip the additional 3 seconds for the animation of the piggy bank.

Get rid of the piggy banks! Why pay to break the piggy bank when you have won the coins!! Not doing that! My comment is too short so I need to ramble on, why the piggy bank is ridiculous!

A con. I purchased the Piggy Bank from Google Play. Now I'm asked to pay again at more than I paid originally. Reported to Play Protect. AVOID THIS SCAM!!

It doesn’t appear whoever is in charge cares about our comments on the piggy bank, it doesn’t go away, and why do I not get my daily prizes anymore? Very disapointing.
